Twinkle Toes Pulmonaria

Cousin to the Forget-Me-Not
Also called Lungwort and Bethlehem Sage, this pulmonaria produces sweet, little sky-blue flowers in spring. Hummingbirds and bees love the blooms nearly as much as their human admirers; though deer and rabbits tend not to bother with it. Twinkle Toes forms with a reliable clumping habit. Its large, heart-shaped leaves, with a unique speckled silver pattern, keep the plant attractive all season long. It adds charm to a woodland or eclectic garden, and stays compact enough for a patio pot. As the little flowers rise well above the foliage on sleek, slender stems, they're beautiful cut-flowers, too. Pulmonaria officinalis 'Majeste'
