Turtle Dove Columbine

Distinctive Blooms Lights Up a Border
Unique and graceful double blooms look striking when grouped in a border or container—a fresh pop of bright white for your summer garden. The grey-green, basal foliage grows in attractive clumps, adding fullness to the display. Outdoors, you can enjoy the beautiful butterflies these blooms attract. They make beautiful floral arrangements indoors as well, simply pick when the blooms are half open for the best display. This columbine is low maintenance and has a long bloom time through spring and summer. It prefers moist but well drained soil, but tolerates clay, loamy or sandy soil, and neither deer nor rabbits find it very appetizing. Aquilegia vulgaris
