Stella d'Oro Daylily

Often the First Daylily to Bloom
This variety is popular for its stellar easy-care qualities--it's supremely easy to grow, and the "day" flowers actually last up to 16 hours. Stella tolerates harsher conditions that most, like polluted city gardens, climates prone to heat and drought, poor and dry soil, eroded slopes and the space under Black Walnut Trees. Fragrant, showy blooms on a dwarf plant are perfect for a front border location. The initial blooming begins in late spring to early summer with a profusion of blooms followed by sporadic blooming throughout summer and into early fall. Attracts butterflies and beneficial pollinators. Hemerocallis 'Stella d'Oro'
