Sorbonne KickStart™ Reblooming Iris

Dramatic tones on a strong performer
  • New KickStart™ Iris size guarantees first year flowers
Dark standards give way to intricate patterns along the falls of Sorbonne Bearded Iris. It's dramatic and intensely ruffled, a flower form worthy of its Award of Merit by the American Iris Society. Sorbonne blooms around mid to late spring, just in time for the big spring show. It's a fantastic perennializer too, multiplying over the years so you can divide the rhizomes and get more Sorbonne for your garden. You can also put it into a cutting garden to spice up your cut-flower bouquets. Iris germanica 'Sorbonne'
Great news! We have a small batch of Sorbonne in our exclusive KickStart™ rhizome size. Even a top-quality #1 rhizome may take a couple years of building energy before delivering perennial color. KickStart™ Iris are guaranteed to bloom in year one. Plus, they're already developing more stems for year two... or divide and share them with an envious friend.
