Rip Van Winkle Daffodil

One of the First Daffodils of Spring
These unusual daffodils are like miniature sunbursts for your garden! Though they grow to only 12" tall, their 6", bright yellow blossoms look like starbursts come to life. The double petals are so numerous that the flower head is almost fluffy, with a central cluster of vivid yellow petals that resemble a rose. Its deeply green, sturdy leaves burst up around the stem in long, strap-like shapes. They're easy to grow in well-drained soil, making them an obvious addition to patio gardens or container gardening. Since they're one of the first flowers to bloom in the spring, they're excellent for bringing the spring sunshine indoors in bouquets and vases. Narcissus 'Rip Van Winkle'
