Red Devon Large Cupped Daffodil

A Celebrated Classic
Those bold orange ruffling cups at the center of Red Devon's large 4" blooms are a knockout in the garden. It's no wonder this daffodil has won so many awards—since its introduction by E.B. Champernowne back before 1943, it has won the Award of Merit 3 separate times and also the First Class Certificate. The flowers are lightly perfumed, which is excellent for home grown bouquets. They make a splash in borders, containers, or even just naturalized over an area you'd prefer not to drag the mower around, like a hillside. Like all daffodils, deer tend not to bother with Red Devon. Narcissus large-cupped 'Red Devon'
