Persian Cornflower

Produces Loads of Blooms
Enjoy loads of showy, pink-lavender, deeply fringed flowers from late spring to midsummer with this sun-loving, low-maintenance perennial. Butterflies love it. Persian Coneflower, also called knapweed, is easy to grow and its 2-3" flowers are a cheerful addition to the garden and cut floral arrangements. Its very dark green foliage makes the flowers pop. Growing 20-24" tall, Persian Cornflower is a lovely addition to perennial flowerbeds, cottage gardens, meadows and prairies. It grows best in full sun. To promote compact new growth, cut back flower stems after they bloom.
