Montmartre Bearded Iris

An art-lovers dream in royal amethyst and butter-yellow
Named for the famous art district in Paris's 18th arrondissement, Montmartre German Bearded Iris is a study in color and beauty. Decadent, royal-purple blooms feature an edge of buttery yellow on each velvety petal, and you'll be enthralled by the heavy ruffling seen in these blooms. Strikingly tall at nearly three feet, Montmartre is no wallflower. Adopt one or more of these early-to-midseason irises, and your landscape will be its own work of art. Try this bearded German iris in borders, at the edge of a landscape to welcome visitors or planted en masse in a sunny, front-of-the house bed.
