Lipstick Blonde Hosta

Bright Yellow Leaves
Give your shady spaces a magnificent pop of bright color with this one-of-a-kind Hosta! Lipstick Blonde is unlike any other cultivar of its kind, bearing vibrant yellow foliage anchored by contrasting red stems. In midsummer, this perennial plant produces tall, arching scapes capped with nodding, bell-shaped, lavender flowers. Like other hosta, Lipstick Blonde does best in a shady space. But this unusual cultivar requires six hours of at least some sun each day in order to keep its vivid yellow color. The leaves feature a waxy, clouded finish for a soft, dreamy look you'll love. Plant in shadowy borders, wooded sites or containers.
