Foliage Type: Numerous lance-shaped leaves whorled around the stems. Dark green in color.
Bloom Time: Early to midsummer

Flower Form: Cup-shaped to slightly recurved.
Planting Instructions: 5 - 6" deep and 12-18" apart. Fibrous roots form at the base of the bulb and underground portion of the stem, so it is important to plant at required depth. Prefers well-drained soil. Incorporate bulb booster or other high phosphorous fertilizer when planting.
Soil Requirements: Prefers well-drained soil but will tolerate heavier soils.
Growth Rate: Moderate.
Pruning: Important to let the foliage die down naturally in fall. This helps provide nutrients for next season's blooms. Remove dried up foliage in late summer to fall.
Winter Care: Provide a layer of mulch for winter protection.
Additional Information: Lilies require a cold dormant period, best grown in zones 3-8.
