Butterfly Plant MIx

2017 Perennial Plant of the Year
These free-flowering perennials, sometimes called milkweed, come in a mix of fiery hues. They have an extremely long vase life, making them excellent cut flowers. If you're looking for a display that will last even longer, both the flowers and the seed pods are handsome in dried-flower arrangements. Planted in sunny borders, they attract hummingbirds to your yard. Throughout their long bloom time, they'll also entice monarch butterflies and bees, among other beneficial pollinators, giving your garden the benefit of better pollination, and the beauty of movement. With proper deadheading, you can extend the bloom period even longer. This beauty is drought tolerant and resistant to garden pests. Asclepias Tuberosa
