Fascination Veronicastrum

Adds Height Interest
Growing up to 5' tall, this veronicastrum, commonly called Culver's Root, is useful for vertical interest in your garden beds. It's not only tall, it also draws the eye upwards with its plant form, featuring cylindrical, blue-violet spires of flowers rising up over dark green leaves arranged in whorls on the long stems. Fabulous for borders, and fits right into a wild garden. It's easy to grow--you generally won't have to worry about hungry deer or disease. Also, it's hardy and long lived, blooming from midsummer all the way to the first frost. Beneficial pollinators love it, Culver's Root's perfect for the butterfly garden. As it grows up instead of out, it's also ideal for city and courtyard gardens. Veronicastrum 'Fascination'
