Summer Sparkler Clethra

A unique shrub that'll stand out in the woodland garden or border, Summer Sparkler has unique, 12" racemes that curl and twist, attracting pollinators during the summer months. This shrub's medium green foliage turns golden brown in the fall. It can be planted in a mixed perennial flowerbed or grouped together to create a shrub border. A native shrub throughout the eastern United States, summersweet flowers when many others plants are finished for the season. Its compact size makes it a favorite for smaller spaces.
