Black Tartarian Cherry Tree

Sweet Treat on a Charming Tree
An excellent, high yeild of these dark, full-flavored cherries make delicious cherry preserves for storing and gifting. You can also eat them fresh for a sweeter-than-candy snack. Waxy, deep green leaves fill out this tree nicely, and in spring a coat of fragrant white blossoms makes a jaw-dropping display. Originally a Russian fruit tree, this variety was introduced in the United States in the 1800s, and has been loved in US home orchards ever since. Plant in a full sun spot around other cherry trees with dark sweet fruits, and Black Tartarian will act as a pollinator. Prunus 'Black Tartarian'
