Bees' Jubilee Clematis Bees' Jubilee Clematis

Bees' Jubilee Clematis

Flowers up to 8" Across
While this perennial blooms with large, 6-8" flower heads, it will easily and rapidly grow up the sides of trellises, arbors, and obelisks up to 10' tall, making them ideal for shading and privacy. The flower heads are a soft pinkish mauve with a deeply pink central bar and creamy yellow stamens. Its green, palmate leaves descend alternately and oppositely down the stems. Expect to greet these blooms twice a year: in May and June, and again in August and September. It flourishes in moist, well-drained, slightly alkaline soil. Deer will avoid it, but butterflies and hummingbirds can't get enough! Clematis 'Bee's Jubilee'
