Gay Paree Peony

Contrasting colors catch the eye
Looking for a remarkable peony? Your search ends here with Gay Paree! Its broad, raspberry-hued petals surround smaller, crinklier petals of cream-to-pink, which create a fountain of interest in the center of each flower. Their intense fragrance will attract both pollinators and curious neighbors, and their romantic look will catch the eye in bouquets and vase arrangements. Group them in borders and enjoy the way the deeply green foliage sets off each flower, or combine with other peony varieties for a mixed bed of complementary shapes and colors. Though peonies can take three years to show their first bloom, the wait is well worth it, and they'll last for decades to come.
