Juicy GriantStrewberries Review by Ava FL

I finally received my strawberries which I order in Jan. 2014. The first shipment was an empty bag of peat. No Strawberry bit of disappointed! I called Michigan Bulb and told them what happen, a week later my order was in. Man-O-Man was I happy to see them. I immediately planted them and the next day they had sprouted. I will order from them again. All my bear roots plants that I ordered was bursting to get out of the bay. I ordered asparagus and Rhubarbs and they are all doing fine.

The Juicy Giant Strawberry could be considered a natural wonder of sorts. Glossy, wedge-shaped berries of a deep red color and a deliciously tart flavor perfect for desserts, freezing, blending or on their own. This Fragera variety are fairly easy to grow, and will thrive under most temperate conditions! The giant strawberries are perennial and winter hardy, and healthy plants will produce an abundance of strawberries for years. Our Juicy Giant Strawberry plant, if given proper care, will produce delicious berries for a period of three to five years before you are required to replant. This strawberry plant is of the June bearing variety, typically over a period of two to three weeks. The Juicy Giant Strawberry does well in partly shaded sites, but it's advisable to plant them in an area that will provide at least six hours of sunlight everyday.

Set the strawberry plant into the soil, preferably rich in organic matter, early in spring and begin irrigating as soon as it's planted. An inch of water on a weekly basis once the berries are planted should see the Juicy Giant Strawberry plant to good health and in no time you will be eating fresh berries.
