The bold and eye-catching combinations of alternating snow-white and fire-engine-red make these Fire and Ice Dahlias a standout in any garden, pot, or vase. This mix of red and white dahlia flowers is even more striking because the blossoms can grow up to four inches wide and bloom from mid-summer to early fall. The dahlia plant can grow up to three feet tall and thrives in partial to full sun. For special occasions during blooming season, Fire and Ice Dahlias make one of the more dazzling displays in bouquet arrangements, either by themselves or in combination with other flowers. If there is a diva in a bouquet or garden it is definitely the Fire and Ice Dahlia; but unlike other divas, dahlias are undemanding, needing no special care. The range and variety of the striping and shape of the blooms also make this Fire and Ice Dahlia mix an excellent choice to add both diversity and drama to your garden. This mix contains red dahlias ranging from scarlet to burgundy, contrasted by snowy white dahlias with cherry-red streaks. No matter where they are placed in the garden, whether as a border, in a walkway, or center stage, these red hot divas will command attention while highlighting surrounding plants or blooms. There is no more celebratory way to say goodbye to the warm weather than with these hardy end-of-season showoffs.
